PS5 DualSense Not Connecting to PC? Here's the Fix
Fix a PS5 DualSense controller that won't connect to Windows via USB or Bluetooth.
Use a data USB-C cable
Many USB-C cables are charge-only. Try a different cable that supports data transfer.
Pair over Bluetooth
Hold the PS and Create buttons together until the light bar flashes, then add it in Windows Bluetooth settings as 'Wireless Controller'.
Reset the controller
Press the small reset button on the back with a pin for 5 seconds, then reconnect.
Test in the browser
Open our PS5 Controller Test page in Chrome or Edge and press any button. If it appears there, the hardware works.
